Initiative at the end client doing sentiment analysis on MSFT AI technologies in the Disability space. Using MSFT AI analytics to do sentiment analysis on how to improve the experience of the overall Disability space between a plan member and case manager. Executed a PoC with MSFT by taking snippets of a discussion between a plan member and case manager and fed that into MSFT BI solution to do sentiment analysis positive vs negative sentiment and use this for coaching opportunities

Roles & Responsibilities

Executed a PoC with MSFT by taking snippets of a discussion between a plan member and case manager and fed that into MSFT BI solution to do sentiment analysis positive vs negative sentative. and us this for coaching opportunities for the case manager. They want to productionize the PoC, however requires the solution to be hardened the need is for a solution Architect that knows Azure Analytics technologies (Cognative services) for sentiment analysis. Resource needs to do detailed scoping of the solution and high-level planning skills to pull together the Review the Scope and solution via the Gate reviews. Once the Scope and solution has been approved, then pull together a high-level delivery schedule Will be required to engage with other CL teams (Engineering and Architecture) in the solutioning process.M27 Develop a high-level Architecture diagram of the solution Initiative at the end client doing sentiment analysis on MSFT AI technologies in the Disability space.
