The Info Management and Info Technology team is looking for enthusiastic people to join their team. This role will be an important role as we establish a brand-new Enterprise and Solution Architecture, and participate in designing solutions initiatives.

Salary:

$112,090 - $131,870 - $151,650 per year (pay range explained below)

Permanent

Hours:

37.5 hours (core hours Mon-Fri 9am-3pm)

Location:

Sinclair (Metro Vancouver) on the traditional and unceded territories of the Coast Salish Territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations - Hybrid (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA's flex work policy).

About the role



As Solutions Architect, you will create the Enterprise technical strategy for an Enterprise system and solution. As well, you will provide senior management with strategic direction for FNHA information technology road maps. In addition, you will conduct technical quality assurance audits and post-implementation reviews for projects and maintenance of custom applications. Additionally, you will plan, research, and analyze Technology Solutions related disaster recovery, business resumption procedures and security compliance.

About you



Education



University degree in the field of Computer Science or Management Information Systems or a related discipline or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience

Experience



Must have at least 15 years or more experience in Information Technology Solutions and Enterprise Architecture Experience, developing action plans, and leading technical teams for large Enterprise Technology projects Experience in assessing customer requirements, architectural policy, procedures, and standards, and implementing technical and business solutions Experience with Major Applications Software platforms: Microsoft .NET framework, Java Platform Experience with Cloud Providers: Microsoft Azure, AWS Experience with MS Server platforms: MS Server 2012R2, 2016, SQL 2012, 2016

Occupational certification



CCIE, MCSE or other related senior expert level certifications are a asset TOGAF Certification ITIL Master Certification

Knowledge



Proven skills in developing strategic Solutions Architecture plans Working knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks Knowledge of Technology Project Management Ability to create Solutions and Enterprise Architectural strategies and artifacts

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.

Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.

The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
