Responsibilities:

• Lead the development team, own the architecture, and provide oversight into the design of end-to-end solutions including system architecture, data integration, data modelling, security, performance etc.
• Build relationships with teams at the organization and participate in all phases of the solution delivery life cycle including planning, requirements, prototype solutions, demos, test cases and support for the solution
• Work in a highly agile team, collaborate with developers and other business analysts, share information, and provide inputs to design and build solutions
• Learn our technical stack and our systems by applying changes to each of them. These systems include the API gateway, the authentication system, the build, and deployment pipeline and other platform systems and services
• Gain a deep understanding of the business to guide the team\'s technical decision making. Support development team by helping developers, learning about their needs and educating them about the platform best practices
• Assist in the establishment and adoption of architecture and development standards/methodologies across the development team and department
• Resolve complex production issues spanning multiple systems and technologies

• 10+ years of demonstrated experience in the design, implementation, and integration of mission critical systems
• Strong understanding of how technology can be leveraged to provide business value and insight
• A proven track record of strong leadership capabilities and the ability to influence others
• Ability to confidently and clearly present idea across all levels of the organization
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to take end-to-end ownership
• Excellent knowledge of software development design patterns
• Experience with at least two general purpose languages or frameworks, one of which should include:

• Kotlin, Python, TypeScript, C#, Java, C++
• Spring Boot, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core
• Skilled in modern development tools and practices, such as git, CI/CD, unit testing.
• Bachelor\'s Degree in a scientific or engineering field of study or equivalent work experience
