This role can be based in any city with a Rogers business office. This role is primarily focused on post-sales implementation of complex projects but will provide opportunity for variety and growth depending on your skills and initiative. This role will play a key role in design and implementation of the LAN integration of private LTE/5G solutions for Rogers industrial and mining customer base.As a successful candidate, you will be part of the Rogers nationwide business delivery team, bringing solutions to life and enabling a customer experience beyond expectations. You will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge, creatively solve problems, and influence the future of business as Rogers launches exciting new and innovative products.What you'll do:Act as a technical SME in executing discovery of customer environments and requirementsAct as technical authority in creating comprehensive solution designs for network deployments and integration with customer LAN/WAN environmentsCreate solution documentation and provide guidance and support to implementation teamsWhat you bring:5+ years experience in a technology role3+ years experience in a network architecture role within a complex environmentExperience in designing, deploying, and maintaining complex network solutionsExpertise in LAN/WAN technologies; routing, switching, firewall and high availability solutionsExperience with multi-vendor integration and complex environmentsExperience in a customer-facing delivery roleExperience in designing and deploying solutions based on Meraki, Cisco, and Fortinet technologiesExperience with Nokia routers nice to haveEducation / CertificationDegree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience requiredCertification in Meraki networking technologies preferred (CMSS)Certification in Cisco networking technologies preferred (CCNP, CCIE)Certification in Fortinet firewall technologies preferred (NSE)Other industry recognized certifications nice to have (ITIL, CISSP, TOGAF, etc)Key SkillsTechnical leadership: ability to act as a subject-matter expertAbility to work independently and as part of a cross-functional teamWell-developed communication and presentation skillsHighly collaborativeCustomer-centric focusSound judgment and decision making with good business acumenExcellent negotiation skills and ability to influence without titleBilingual in English & French a strong benefitWhats in it for you?We believe in investing in our people and helping them reach their potential as valuable members of our team.
