This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for architecting, designing, implementing, and continuously improving omni-channel technology solutions. As the Senior Solution Systems Analyst, Omni Technology, you will turn business requirements into solutions, acting as the liaison between Technology and the Omni business, while playing a crucial role in creating requirements documentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing management of the companys Order Management Systems. With the skills you gain in this role, the opportunities are endless from a rewarding career in Technology to continued growth and development with the company.What you will be doing:Support with identifying and delivering innovative technology solutions that meet business needs for today and tomorrow.Translate business requirements into a scalable, user-centric technology design.Ensure the solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure.Implement structured testing to ensure functionality and to identify and address deficiencies.Contribute to the smooth and efficient deployment of Omni technology solutions.Provide excellent and reliable proactive and reactive support for Omni technology solutions.What you must have:Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in:Strong OMS knowledge/experience in a retail and eCommerce environmentAgile/Sprint product management experienceBusiness Analysis experienceProven ability to create solution design documents and user stories that solve the business problemExperience working with internal and external development teamsClear and timely communication with internal and external partnersA commitment to learn, apply, champion, and enrich the companys Values, Business and People Leadership principlesThe skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomesA dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add value at all timesSalary/Rate Range: $95,000 $115,000For more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
