This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for architecting, designing, implementing, and continuously improving omni-channel technology solutions. As the Senior Solution Systems Analyst, Omni Technology, you will turn business requirements into solutions, acting as the liaison between Technology and the Omni business, while playing a crucial role in creating requirements documentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing management of Aritzias Payment Systems. • Support with identifying and delivering innovative technology solutions that meet business needs for today and tomorrow.
• Translate business requirements into a scalable, user-centric technology design.
• Ensure the solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure.
• Implement structured testing to ensure functionality and to identify and address deficiencies.
• Contribute to the smooth and efficient deployment of Omni technology solutions.
• Provide excellent and reliable proactive and reactive support for Omni technology solutions.

THE QUALIFICATIONSThe Senior Solution Systems Analyst, Omni Technology has:

• Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications:

• Strong payments industry knowledge/experience in a retail or ecommerce environment
• Agile/Sprint experience
• Application integration experience
• Systems Analysis or Architect experience
• Proven ability to create solution design documents and user stories that solve the business problem
• Experience working with internal and external development teams
• Clear and timely communication with internal and external partners
• Computer Science or Engineering degree is an asset
• A commitment to learn, apply, champion, and enrich Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles
• The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
• A dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add value at all times

THE COMPENSATIONThe typical hiring range for this position is $100,000-$150,000 CAD per year.
