Position: Solution Delivery Consultant
Location: Remote
Salary: $65 to $80 per hour
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our client\'s team and contribute to the technical evaluation and implementation of business solutions. If you excel in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering high-quality technical solutions to clients, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Compile and analyze data to determine client needs, followed by delivering integration diagrams using Cacoo/Visio
- Prepare and present Proof of Concept (PoC)
- Oversee the complete implementation process, including quality assurance checks, software integration, and system upgrades
- Install, configure, and maintain various solutions on client premises, ensuring compatibility across Windows and Mac OS environments
- Provide Level 2 support, resolve client issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Train users and junior integrators, contributing to their ongoing development
- Manage and distribute support tickets and provide training for installed solutions
Qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Technology or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in system and network administration.
- Bilingual proficiency is required because it\'s a 100% remote role - can work from anywhere in Canada
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL Server Management, Scripting (VBScript, PowerShell), and ODBC Management.
- Strong knowledge of server environments (Windows Server 2008-2016, Windows 7 & 10).
- Familiarity with M-Files, IRIS Nuance Ecopy ShareScan, NSI Autostore, and other similar solutions.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and analytical skills.
- Technical expertise in network configurations (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, WIFI, DHCP, DNS, SMB, FTP, Terminal Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Office Suite & Office 365, Hyper-V)
