Job Description

CGI is looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to design, implement and manage solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate has strong development expertise, as well as advanced knowledge of ITSM practices.





Key Responsibilities

. Design solutions that meet business needs, mainly in ITSM practices, while respecting the organization's best practices and architectural standards.

. Collaborate with development teams and provide technical vision, advice and leadership to implement effective and accurate solutions.

. Write and maintain technical documentation associated with solutions and configurations.

. Lead projects related to the design of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring that deadlines and budgets are respected.

. Work with various stakeholders to understand requirements, track needs, and facilitate the design and implementation of solutions.

. Ensure continuous improvement of the platform: upgrades, optimization, addition of features.

. Train and support teams and stakeholders in the use of the platform and the solutions implemented.



Requirements

. Minimum of 8 years of experience in the field of information technology.

. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a cloud architecture consultant, whether solution, integration or functional.

. Minimum of 3 years of experience in projects using ServiceNow.

. University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or Business Administration with a specialization in Organizational Information Systems (OIS).



Skills in demand

. Excellent understanding of ServiceNow and its core modules.

. Proficient in the areas of ITSM, ITAM, HAM, and SAM (interview questions centered on these topics).

. Fluency with the CMDB, its relationships, best practices, as well as ITSM features.

. Strong skills in solution analysis, architecture, integration and design.
