SoLo Suites in Langford are pristine self-contained suites. Built in 2018, SoLo Suites is a new concept hotel where the guest has the option to choose their hotel room type, level of cleaning services, book online, pay online and get room key codes, all over the internet.

The Position



We are looking for an Office Admin at SoLo Suites.

As Office Admin, you'll have the ability to multi-task, while overseeing and supporting all administrative duties in the office. The ideal candidate for this job will be resourceful, a great problem solver and highly organized. You will also contribute to our hotel's continued effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability.

The Job



Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay. Monitor daily guest service operations to ensure seamless execution of front desk duties and adherence to service standards. Promptly address and resolve guest concerns or complaints, using discretion and effective problem-solving skills to maintain guest satisfaction. Oversee the management of reservations, cancellations and modifications to ensure accuracy and efficiency in booking processes. Ensure guest billing accuracy by reviewing invoices, processing payments, and resolving any discrepancies promptly. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, departments to synchronize efforts and optimize the guest experience. Regularly assess guest service areas to confirm they meet established cleanliness and presentation standards. Collect and review guest feedback to identify trends and develop actionable strategies for service improvement. Prepare detailed operational reports and performance metrics for management, highlighting achievements and areas for enhancement. Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel, promotions, and local attractions to accurately inform and assist guests. Oversee the handling of special guest requests, VIP treatment, and customized services to enhance the overall guest experience. Manage the lost and found process by tracking and securing items, ensuring a proper record is maintained for guest inquiries. Enforce safety, security, and regulatory procedures in all front desk and guest service activities to comply with local and corporate standards Other duties as assigned to support operational needs and team objectives.

Wage: $24.73 per hour
