Dr.Amanda Jerome has an opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join her team. You will work independently as a capable and confident coordinator being fundamental at ensuring our patients receive access to timely care. This is a stimulating position where the day flies by as you multitask administrative duties on the computer, phone and in person communicating with my patients. As such, the ideal candidate will possess strong conflict resolution, de-escalating skills, and proficiency with managing emails and learning web based electronic medical record (Oscar Pro).

You will:
Deliver compassionate, proactive patient care
Provide administrative support
Help manage office flow using innovative tech tools (online bookings, auto-filed faxes/mail, email communication, etc)
Confidently de-escalating and reframing challenging situations with positivity
Help improve office processes and efficiencies for better patient care
Depending on your interests, you may also:
Lead or assist in group education sessions
Contribute to clinic communications (social media, newsletters, handouts)
Offer one-on-one counselling or health coaching
Support vaccination clinics, BP checks, and other public health initiatives
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Experience working in a fast-paced clinical setting with accuracy and professionalism
Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
A passion for patient-centered care and collaboration
Superior organizational skills to manage diverse responsibilities, including administrative tasks
