This is a full-time position, 30-40 hours per week. Evenings and weekends are required

What Will You Be Doing?

Fostering collaboration and teamwork among practice staff Building trust and commitment with your workgroup Training, development and coaching of staff to Solis Optical processes, programs, and products Delivering legendary customer service Setting and obtaining store revenue goals Hiring, onboarding and training of new staff Scheduling staff and doctors Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Benefits submissions and tracking Banking deposits and reconciliations Inventory management All leadership aspects of daily store operations

What Do You Bring?

Minimum two years experience in a customer service focused retail environment Minimum one-year experience in a coaching or leadership role Experience in an optical environment is an asset Excellent organization and time management skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities via critical thought and problem solving A reputation for delivering results through successful people management General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
