Job Description
We are a custom metal fabrication shop in Brampton. We specialize in
stainless steel sheet metal
fabrication for thelaboratory
andcommercial food service
industries.The job requires a high level of familiarity with modern versions of
Solidworks
. Designing and creatingsheet metal parts and assemblies
within Solidworks will be essential.We
train on the job
, and do not expect you to know everything about the specific industries we serve, but you should be open to learning and asking questions about aspects unfamiliar to you.You should have some previous work experience designing and drawing sheet metal assemblies in Solidworks, preferably in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
A
mechanical engineering background
is a big plus, whether college or university level.Related work experience in fabrication, or other hands-on jobs is also a plus.
