The Tri-Cities leading full-service law firm is looking for a solicitor to join their team. Our client is a leading law firm in the tri-cities that specialize in a broad area of litigation including employment, construction, personal injury, commercial litigation, real estate and more.

ABOUT THE POSITION

This position supports senior counsel across a varied solicitors practice that includes all aspects of corporate commercial, commercial real estate and wills/estates. You will analyze, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements as well as provide transaction support on M&A and real estate deals.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of post-call litigation experience
• Qualified to practice law in British Columbia
• Outstanding communication, presentation, legal research/writing, and advocacy skills
• Excellent references from clients and colleagues
