As a
Solar Installer
, you'll be at the forefront ofManitoba's
renewable energy boom, installing residential solar systems with a team of skilled professionals. This is aphysically active role
requiring comfort with heights, teamwork, and a commitment tosafety and quality craftsmanship
.What You'll Do:
Install solar panels, racking, and electrical components on residential rooftops Follow safety protocols, including
fall protection and PPE
requirements Assist electricians with wiring and electrical work Maintain aclean and organized
job site Travel outside Winnipeg(25% of the time)
to complete projectsWhat You Bring:

Physical Stamina
- Lift up to60 lbs., climb ladders, and perform labor-intensive tasks

Preferred (Not Required):
? Experience in
solar, roofing, or construction
? Basic understanding of
electrical systems

CPR/First Aid Certification
