We're looking for a motivated Solar Installer with hands-on experience in solar installations and strong communication skills to assist customers through their solar journey. This role combines technical installation work with client-facing responsibilities -- perfect for someone who enjoys both working outdoors and engaging with people.

Key Responsibilities

Install and maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) systems for residential and commercial properties. Conduct on-site assessments and explain solar system designs to customers. Support the sales process by answering customer questions and identifying potential opportunities. Collaborate with team members to ensure safe, timely, and efficient project completion. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot system issues when required. Educate customers on the operation and care of their solar systems. Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in solar installation or a related trade. Prior sales or customer service experience (preferably in construction or renewable energy). Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Electrical or roofing experience is an asset.
