Responsibilities:



Work as part of a team to install solar panel systems on residential and commercial properties, including roof and ground-mounted systems. Follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety protocols during installation. Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to job sites. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on safety.

Minimum Requirements:



High School Diploma or equivalent. Reliable transportation Comfortable working with hand tools. Comfortable working at heights Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team. Positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to lift 50 lbs+ repeatedly. Safety boots. Construction experience (civil or solar) an asset. Residential roofing experience (shingles or metal) an asset. Valid safety training certificates (working at heights) an asset. Certified CPR and First Aid anasset. Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract is an asset.

Working Conditions:



Flexible work schedule, with varying daily hours depending on project location and requirements. We target a 4 day work week Outdoor work environment, with exposure to all weather conditions. Ability to work at heights, on roofs, and using ladders. Potential for overtime with short notice.

Internal: Construction Manager, Crew Lead, Crew members, other Personnel. External: Clients.

Pay: $19.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
