Job Description
COMPENSATION: 20$/h, 16-20h per week.
Solar Ambassador - door to door
Duties and Responsibilities:
Generate sales leads by visiting prospective clients at their homes and businesses; Educate homeowners and businesses on solar and answer questions; Book on-the-spot appointments with homeowners/business owners and a solar advisor; and Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Criminal record check is required; Valid driver's license with an acceptable driver's abstract; Proficiency in English is required, bilingualism in French is an asset; Ability to work evenings and weekends; Previous business to consumer sales experience; Outstanding interpersonal skills; Excellent sales skills; Ability to handle rejection; Ability to work independently; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Previous door to door sales experience is an asset; Proficient with technology and software, familiarity with CRM's an asset; and Previous experience in the renewable or sustainability industry is an asset.
