What will you do as a Software Support Specialist?
Respond to and manage support calls
Troubleshoot software and identify root causes of software issues
Address and find solutions for customer product issues
Define and provide scope to custom software change requests on behalf of clients
Train customers on using FDM4 aligned to their unique needs
Qualifications
Customer Support experience (or other relevant experience)
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and listening)
Train and present concepts with confidence
Aptitude for problem solving
Proficiency in using (or the ability to quickly learn) software programs+
Applicants must be double vaccinated against COVID-19
