We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management, lead generation, and business development strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both B2B and direct sales, with a keen understanding of technology sales and marketing principles. Your ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service will be key to your success.
Duties
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Utilize CRM software for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and analyzing sales data.
Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to prospective clients.
Engage in cold calling and territory management to generate new leads.
Provide ongoing support and service to clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
Experience
Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or retail sales with a focus on B2B environments.
Strong background in account management and sales management.
Familiarity with technology sales and technical products is preferred.
Experience using CRM software for managing leads and customer relationships.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs effectively.
Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
