Software Quality Analyst

Job Description
We are looking for a Software Quality Analyst. In this role you will be responsible for executing quality testing on our software solutions. This will include working on the newest features of our software, individual defects, and regularly testing critical business processes by utilizing solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess the condition and quality of software builds, bug fixes and interim releases
- Test and certify software defect fixes and new functionality by executing functional, application, and regression tests for software releases
- Clearly document, communicate and escalate all risks and issues
- Write clear defect reports for identified software and functional defects based on testing results
- Work quickly and thoroughly in a fast-paced environment to achieve timeliness and objectives
- Help guide teams to deliver high quality products to our customers
- Work closely with internal teams to communicate complex issues and ensure a good understanding of the software
- Fluent in French and English
- College diploma or University degree in IT/Business field preferred
- Experience with software testing preferred
- Ability to think critically, problem solve and take initiative
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
