What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and expand a talented team of full-stack developers
Design, write, and review maintainable, testable, and performant code
Improve and document our
Agile
development and release processes
Drive technical architecture discussions -- from microservices to infrastructure design
Define metrics and OKRs to track productivity, quality, and delivery
Conduct performance reviews, career coaching, and skill development programs
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Design teams
Stay current with emerging technologies and lead adoption of relevant tools
Contribute to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS infrastructure
About You
10+ years of professional software development experience
Proven track record in
technical team leadership
or engineering management
Deep knowledge of
Agile

TDD
, and
DDD
methodologies
Proficiency in
Ruby on Rails
and
Angular
(or strong comparable experience)
Strong background in system architecture and microservice design
Experience building cloud-native applications and pipelines on
AWS
