You Are:

UST is searching for an Integration Support Tech who will act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options, optimizing application development, maintenance, and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions, accounting for others\' developmental activities.

The Opportunity:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of technology deployments
  • Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications.
  • Code, debug, test, document, and communicate product/component/feature development stages.
  • Validate results with user representatives; integrate and commission the overall solution
  • Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing, improving, or reconfiguration existing components or creating your own solutions
  • Optimizes efficiency, cost, and quality.
  • Influence and improve customer satisfaction
This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What you need:
  • Ability to communicate and write professionally by all methods (email, phone, text, etc.)
  • Documenting processes and knowledge articles for other support teams
  • Ability to create step-by-step instructions aimed at end users
  • Ability to support users in a professional manner
  • Basic understanding of the Active Directory and Group Management infrastructure
  • Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be organized, innovative, and able to self-motivate
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines with attention to detail
  • Strategic and creative mindset
  • SharePoint
  • MS Office
  • Experience - 5 to 7 years
  • Proficient with MS Office - strong skills in spreadsheets, One Note
  • Soft skills - very good in communication - written and verbal
  • Someone who is a self-starter and can work with a minimum of training learns from experience gained by handling previous tickets and reaches out for support from seniors only when they have tried their best to solve it on their own
