About the Role

We are seeking an

Intermediate Fullstack Developer

passionate about building impactful, real-world applications and exploring the potential of

AI-assisted development

.


You will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that support workforce scheduling and communication--core to our mission of simplifying workforce operations. Collaborating with a talented cross-functional team, you'll contribute to both frontend and backend development while leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Rapidly prototype new functionality using

AI-powered platforms

such as Locofy and Bolt Collaborate with

AI agents and developers

via tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor Develop and maintain

web applications

using

Vue.js

(frontend) and

.NET 9

(backend) Design and optimize

MSSQL

database structures and queries Integrate and manage

asynchronous messaging systems

Configure and maintain

web servers

and

reverse proxies

Collaborate with

Product, QA, and DevOps

teams to deliver high-quality solutions Participate in

code reviews

and contribute to continuous improvement Ensure

code quality

Who You Are

A detail-oriented and proactive fullstack developer who thrives on building clean, efficient, and scalable systems Curious and open to experimenting with

Qualifications

3-5 years of professional

fullstack development

experience Strong proficiency in

Vue.js

TypeScript

.NET (preferably .NET 9)

Solid understanding of

MSSQL

database design and optimization Experience with

Domain Driven Design

Microservices architecture

Familiarity with

AI coding assistants
