With iGaming and online Sports Betting regulation opening, Canada’s longest-standing Fantasy Sports company, OfficePools.com is leveraging its 20+ years of Canadian Fantasy Sports experience and is launching OfficePoolsBets.com this October. Our mission is to open access to online Sports Betting and iGaming with a Canadian focus, and to help Canadian amateur sports prosper and develop. OfficePoolsBets is a Canadian owned and operated gaming company, and a prospective operator in the Ontario Sports Betting and iGaming market. We are an ambitious, creative, and collaborative group that leverages cutting-edge technology and innovations, looking to make a big splash, and establish a deep presence, in the Canadian iGaming market.
To help with this launch, we are currently looking for a full-time Software Automation Specialist that will report directly to the VP of Operations, Tech & Innovation.

A Day in the Life:

  • Develop & optimize processes for an online gaming platform.
  • Ensure processes factor in security and data protection by design.
  • Ensure processes are efficiently implement, and to the best extent, automated.
  • Train staff on the use of new processes
  • Ensure process compliance with Ontario gaming legal requirements.
  • Project manage the implementation of these new processes.
  • Create & maintain process documentation & manuals.
  • Work closely with internal/external auditors to revise processes as needed.
You own this if you have:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a process engineer and/or technical project manager.
  • Experience with agile delivery methodologies such as scrum and kanban
  • Track record of successful process implementations with measurable results.
  • Deep knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Asana, etc.
  • Deep knowledge of process engineering tools such as Jira, SharePoint, etc.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection best practices.
  • Knowledge of internal controls, compliance, and risk management.
  • Project management and/or process engineering certifications are a plus.
  • Experience in online gaming, particularly in Ontario, is a plus
