Responsibilities

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join us at ShieldCo! As our Sr. Manager of Marketing Automation & Digital Strategy, you will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and executing data-driven marketing programs that attract more engaged customers. This self-driven B2B demand marketer will help increase market awareness, accelerate new business pipeline growth, and grow ARR in key market segments.The role will support the Marketing initiatives for Traction Guest, Sign In App, and future business units. They will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to ensure efficient and successful collaboration across all business units.

This role supports the reporting and analytics for Sales and Marketing, and reports into ShieldCo’s Chief Revenue Officer.

  • 2+ years of Marketing experience in a B2B high growth sales environment. SaaS industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing analytically rigorous initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Pardot, and CRM marketing strategies
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Product Management, Marketing, PR, Design, Finance, and Legal
  • Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • In-depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels
  • Experience leading projects for large scale automation platforms and digital communication tools with global stakeholders
  • Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
  • Proven verbal, written, and presentation/communications skills

What You Will Be Doing
  • Be our in-office marketing tech stack and digital guru. Have complete ownership over Pardot architecture and any other marketing automation tools and ancillary marketing technology the businesses may use. Partner with sales operations to ensure sales tools are sufficiently integrated with marketing workflows
  • Analyze all aspects of ShieldCo’s Operating Company's marketing funnel to identify the most significant areas of improvement and implement strategies to capitalize on these opportunities
  • Define, develop and implement a digital marketing strategy that supports regional demand generation objectives across the core digital marketing disciplines
  • Assist and support the installation, integration, optimization, training and utilization of technologies across marketing and sales, and other teams as needed ensuring the greatest ROI on all toolsInstitute and track metrics, KPIs and measure return on investment (ROI)
  • Report performance, provide insights on ways to drive future performance and give direction to cross-functional partners to ensure success
  • Be the lead on integrated marketing campaigns that leverage intent data, social media, email marketing, direct mail, advertising and events to reach the right buyers at the right time
  • Support essential marketing operations initiatives in Pardot and Salesforce such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing
  • Support and maintain data integrations and integrity ensuring Marketing data/workflows are aligned with Salesforce strategies as well as Legal Compliance.
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, Partners, Legal and others to support their needs, resolve issues and proactively develop solutions for growth and optimization
  • Partner with sales operations, partner team, customer support, finance to actively review, assess, and evaluate the Company’s go to market needs, processes, and technical assets to provide strategic recommendations for improving operations where necessary
  • Work closely with Sales Operations to provide additional insight/integration in the marketing function, and cross-train to act as backup as needed
