Job Description

TEHORA is currently looking for a Software Architecture Advisor (DEVOPS) with excellent technical skills, excellent knowledge and who wishes to use his skills within a versatile team.

Without being exhaustive, here are the services and deliverables that the successful candidate must provide.

Description of work or deliverables:

Define the strategic orientations of technological architecture , ensure the monitoring and prospecting of new emerging technologies;

Design and develop a global and integrated architectural vision of the Department that will serve as a basis for several reflections and strategic decisions, particularly with regard to investments in IR;

Develop different reference architecture models to promote a common understanding of the foundations of the organization;

Develop departmental target architectures and ensure their development;

Act as a facilitator with all project leaders with the aim of consistency, alignment and integration of solutions;

Ensure the overall consistency of all technological solutions with a view to maximizing investments;

Identify new opportunities, advise and guide ministerial authorities on the investments and deployment of these technologies;

Any other responsibilities that fall under this level of intervention.

Deliverables Including:

Prototyping (proof of concept);

Deliverables related to previous activities;

End of intervention report including observations, possible solutions, lessons learned and recommendations;

Any other deliverables related to previous activities.

Requirements

Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the field of information technology;

Have a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a software architecture consultant, within the last five (5) years;

Have carried out mandates as a consultant in modern software architecture in one or more of the following contexts:

o Cloud Computing (AWS)

o Docker

oJavascript / TypeScript

o Core.Net C# platform

o Node.js/NestJS

o Kubernetes

o Microservice architecture.

Demonstrate a good knowledge of software architecture reference frameworks and market practices;

Demonstrate an ability to write documents;

Demonstrate their way of communicating by adapting their presentations to their audience.

Assets:

Hold an undergraduate university degree in computer science or in a discipline related to the profile and recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education. Equivalence held under government standards is accepted;

Have project experience in an Agile context;

Have experience with the following technologies: Camunda, Azure Devops 2019, Key-Cloak, PostgreSQL, Kafka, MongoDB, Redis, Python, Material-UI, React.
