Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software and Application Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and application design, with a focus on web development and database management. This role requires proficiency in various programming languages and frameworks, as well as experience with cloud services. The Software and Application Developer will be responsible for creating robust applications that meet user needs and enhance operational efficiency.

Duties

Assisting in analyzing, designing and planning the rollout of new software and application features according to company's vision and goals; Conceptualizing and formulating applications software that are suitable for use on all types of devices; Working collaboratively with other developers, IT staff, and management to write, code, test, modify and integrate new application software; Conducting A/B testing for improvement opportunities and optimal performance; Troubleshooting and resolving software errors; Maintaining and updating existing application software; Creating technical documentation for new and updated software; Assisting in implementation of security measures to protect data and systems; Providing user support and training as needed; Participating in sprint planning; Staying current on industry trends and latest advancements.

Experience

Two or more years of experience in software and system development Minimum College Diploma in Computer Science or related field Strong background in product management, including feature prioritization, sprint planning and agile methodology Proficiency in various application and system development tools, including programing languages such as C++, Python, JavaScript, React.js and React.native Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude Ability to perform in a team environment
Classification: Full-time, 35 hours per week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $87,000.00 per year
