Softscape Working Foreperson-Union Position Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Must have solid, work experience in the landscape field \xe2\x80\x93 most projects based in the GTA \xc2\xb7 Working as a foreman/woman or in a Supervisor\xe2\x80\x99s position for 3+ years; \xc2\xb7 Proven experience installing Shrubs/Trees/Sod \xc2\xb7 Horticultural knowledge (either through both your education and experience) \xc2\xb7 Ability to motivate staff, through strong leadership skills \xc2\xb7 A strong work ethic is necessary to lead by example \xc2\xb7 A solid understanding of landscape materials gained from experience \xc2\xb7 Must have the ability to read and understand drawings \xc2\xb7 Foremen/women are expected to maintain daily work logs, including production notes and site information; \xc2\xb7 Ability to drive pick up truck-clean abstract is required \xc2\xb7 Ability to operate a skid steer, mini excavator would be an asset Job Type: Full-time Benefits:
