This is a great opportunity to shape your career in the dynamic realms of sales and marketing, all while representing a globally acclaimed brand committed to reducing the environmental impact of single-use plastics and promoting a vibrant, active lifestyle!

Event Overview:

• Duration: March 15th to May 5th, 2024 (8 weeks)
• Onboarding: Completed by March 5th, 2024
• Virtual Training: March 7th and March 8th
• Working Days: Friday, Saturday & Sunday
• Time: 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. (6 hours per day \xe2\x80\x93 18hrs a week)
• Store Locations: Across GTA East

Compensation Package:

• Training: 1.5 hours @ $25/hr
• Hourly Wages: $25/hr
• KM Reimbursement: $0.40/km after deduction of 15kms each way

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport booth, banners, and products to different store locations each week.
• Pre-call stores to confirm the day\xe2\x80\x99s schedule.
• Set up and tear down the booth with finesse.
• Take captivating pictures of the booth and sampling experiences.
• Learn and embrace the client\xe2\x80\x99s vision and products to seamlessly connect with customers.
• Engage customers with tantalizing samples, aiming for 40-50 samples per hour.
• Offer a product experience that ignites interest and hopefully turns into sales.
• Indirectly contribute to product sales through your dynamic presence.
• Complete daily check-ins and reporting for each shift.

Qualifications

Prerequisites:

• Must-Have: A car to transport equipment to different stores each week.
• Essential Tool: A smartphone for real-time reporting.
• Superpower: Physical strength to lift 50-65lbs for booth, banner, and product handling.
• Trailblazer: Ability to cover all store locations in the region.

Desired Qualities:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of Sales or Brand Ambassador experience. Someone who thrives in a sales environment.
• Vibe: Upbeat and outgoing personality. We want someone who is as excited to work as they are to create outstanding customer experiences.
• Eco-Warrior: Care for the environment. Show us your commitment to recycling and leaving a minimal footprint.
• Endurance: Comfortable standing for long hours, with some heavy lifting involved.
