The Moncton Wildcats is a Canadian junior ice hockey team in the Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League. Founded in 1996, the team is one of the premier hockey clubs in the Canadian Hockey League. QMJHL champions in 2006 and in 2010, the Wildcats are on quest to achieve ultimate junior hockey supremacy - win the Memorial Cup!

The coordinator of Ticket Sales & Service is a high energy member of the Moncton Wildcats Business Operations department. Reporting to the General Manager of Business Operations, the Coordinator must form exceptional working relationships with Box Office Staff, Manager of Sponsorships, marketing staff, office administration and past, present, and future customers.



• Generate revenue through the sale of group ticket assets (including Junior Cats, Kent Team Builder, birthday parties and family packages) as well as season ticket sales
• Answering inquiries about game and event details, ticket prices, seating and availability and processing ticket requests
• Provide an exceptionally high level of service year-round to all customers to renew and upsell groups more effectively
• Meet and exceed mutually defined Key Performance indicators (KPIs) in areas including outbound sales calls, data capture, and other activities
• Manage group ticket inventory, tracking, and analytics
• Create reports and make presentations on trends and strategies to improve sales
• Assist with the creation of ticket pricing strategies and new packages
• Assist with the execution of game and community event activations to increase revenue and fan engagement
• Assist with creative concepts for production of group and season seat sales materials including brochures, fliers and all other support materials
• Develop professional relationships with current customers to generate referral leads
• Working closely with Marketing staff, represent the Wildcats at various community events to promote the Moncton Wildcats securing leads for potential season ticket and group sales
• Assist with other duties as required, including but not limited to ticket sales and service, staff training, digital media content creation and distribution, and working with the box office


• Past experience in sales, marketing, or sport management/entertainment
• Sales experience with a proven track record in a customer service role.
• Working knowledge of the Ticketmaster (Archtics) ticketing platform or other ticketing system would be considered an asset but not required, training will be provided and supported
• Strong customer service skills and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and French
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
+ Must be able to manage a schedule that seeks to achieve weekly sales goals that are embedded in the overall ticket sales budget
• Exceptional work ethic, eagerness to learn, professionalism and a passion for the sport industry
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends, including all Moncton Wildcats home games and community events.
