Responsibilities:

Foster a dynamic, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for multi-level classrooms Design meaningful learning experiences that support student growth Build strong relationships to support individual and collective success Demonstrate a growth mindset and actively participate in professional development to learn the Tamim model and curriculum Adapt and innovate to meet the diverse needs of students Champion a whole-child approach that promotes student agency and metacognition Support the school's development through initiative, communication, and collaboration

Qualifications:

Valid BC teaching certificate Classroom teaching experience (Montessori or multi-level classroom experience an asset)
