We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health and addictions counselling
Duties
Provide individual, couple, or group therapy (in-person, virtual, or hybrid)
Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical records
Utilize evidence-informed modalities such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, trauma-focused interventions, or others
Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in line with regulatory body guidelines
Collaborate with other professionals as needed to support client care
Participate in team meetings, supervision, and professional development opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Registered and in good standing with a regulatory body (e.g., OCSWSSW, CRPO)
Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience preferred
Strong clinical documentation skills
Training in CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, or other recognized modalities is an asset
Experience working with diverse populations is an asset
Bilingualism considered an asset.
