The WOMB (World of My Baby) Vaughan

is a multi-disciplinary, collaborative, integrative health centre specifically focused on pre & post-natal care as well as babies and families. We are a full-service clinic providing reception and admin 6 days a week, furnished treatment rooms, and a warm and nurturing team environment.

We are currently seeking a

Social Worker or Psychotherapist

to join our team.

The right candidate will be warm, compassionate, and client-focused with a strong passion for supporting individuals, couples, and families through the perinatal period and beyond.

Requirements & Experience:

Registered Social Worker (RSW), Psychotherapist (RP), or equivalent designation in good standing. Experience working with

prenatal and postpartum anxiety and depression

is required. Training and experience in

couples counselling

is required. Additional experience working with

children and teens

is an asset. Specialized training (e.g., hypnotherapy, somatic experiencing, mindfulness-based approaches, trauma-informed care) is a strong asset.
Role & Schedule:

Start with

1 day per week in person

, with opportunity to grow. Tuesdays or Saturdays preferred but other days could be possible Build and grow your practice in a supportive, collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:

Provide psychotherapy and/or counselling services to individuals, couples, and families. Support clients through evidence-based approaches, particularly in the areas of perinatal mental health, relationship dynamics, and family well-being. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic care. Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with professional standards and regulations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $90.00-$115.00 per hour
