Mental Health/Substance Use Therapist - Tillsonburg
Overview of the Role:
The Mental Health/Substance Use Therapist provides comprehensive, client-directed mental health & substance use care within their full scope of practice. Care includes: assessment, screening, treatment planning, counselling & psychotherapy, education, system navigation, case coordination, advocacy, follow-up, and occasional group programming. The role is highly autonomous, but well supported - working in close collaboration with the OCCHC Interdisciplinary team including Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Community Outreach Workers, & Housing Stability Workers. The Therapist will also work in close collaboration with providers from other community agencies.

Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday,8:30am - 4:30 pm.

OCCHC Satellite Office: 96 Tillson Ave., Tillsonburg, ON
Requirements:
Membership with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).
Master's Degree in Social Work preferred; Registered Psychotherapist applicants are also welcomed.
Preference will be given to candidates with competency in a wide range of treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, and Trauma therapies.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with complex individuals who face barriers to care.
