The opportunity:

Reporting to the Regional Clinical Manager, you will be providing in-person counselling services for LifeWorks\' Employee Assistance Program (EAP), in a LifeWorks office.

What you will do:

• Provide short-term counselling to a diverse set of clients dealing with various issues, within the terms and conditions of the client\xe2\x80\x99s EAP;
• Manage the administrative requirements as dictated by LifeWorks\' clinical models.

Who we are looking for:

• Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work or Indigenous Social Work;
• In good standing with College of Registered Counselling Therapists of NB, NB Association of Social Workers or College of Psychologists of NB;
• Post-masters counselling experience;
• Ability to set short term objectives and use a solution focused approach;
• Ability to clinically manage high-risk cases;
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle a large volume of clients.
