You organize and animate various programs, social and residential activities and special events.
You provide clients with practical assistance and support in the community, such as home visits, assistance with budgets and accompanying clients to appointments.
You develop intervention plans based on clients' objectives and prioritize interventions.
You ensure regular contact with the family and various community partners for better collaboration.
You provide orientation and support to new clients.
You contribute to various programs and events to better serve the clients.
You are willing to assist in any other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:
Academically, you have a bachelor's degree in social sciences or a related field such as social work, human relations, psychology or sociology.
You have a driver's license and a vehicle for transportation.
You are fluent in English and French, spoken and written.
