Social Media Volunteer

to help us capture and share the vibrant energy of the festival in real time!

This is a

volunteer position

perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in live content creation, social media strategy, and event coverage.

What You'll Do:

Film and post Instagram Stories, Reels, and live updates during the two-day festival Conduct fun, short interviews with emcees, performers, and attendees Capture behind-the-scenes moments, crowd energy, and key highlights Work closely with the event organizer and media team to ensure consistent branding and messaging

July 19 & 20, 2025

Hours:

Flexible shifts available throughout both days

Requirements:

Strong familiarity with Instagram (especially Stories & Reels) Confident using a smartphone or camera to capture quality video Friendly, energetic, and comfortable approaching people for interviews Bonus if you have your own ring light or gimbal (not required)

This is an unpaid volunteer role, ideal for students, aspiring content creators, or anyone looking to gain experience in event-based social media.

Job Types: Fixed term contract, Apprenticeship
Contract length: 2 days

Pay: $1.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 17 per week
