will be a primary point of contact for our strategic partners (Creators) and will maintain strong direct relationships with key partners in the social media entertainment space. They will provide creative and operational support to managed partners, looking to grow their brands.
Educate partners (Creators) on Social Media platforms and technology
Consults on strategy & helps to optimize partners objectives on social media.
Tracks, analyzes, and communicates key quantitative metrics and current trends to managed partners
Presents and promotes relevant solutions to existing and new partners that will enable them to reach their goals
Manages an existing book of business and services ~300 accounts through text, phone and email outreach to new and legacy partners
Plans and organizes a daily work schedule to call on existing and potential partners, conducts warm outreach to new partners, responds to scaled marketing leads on an ongoing basis
Basic Qualifications
1 year of experience in Customer Service.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication, verbal and written, in English
Minimum 6-month Internship in marketing, social media, sales or a minimum of 1 year of work experience in marketing, social media or sales
Strong interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and independent thinker who is ready to take on initiatives without constant supervision
Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using social media.
Familiarity with online advertising products, digital experience a plus.
Good to excellent computer skills with technical expertise
