Role Overview


As a Brand Strategist at Cherry Creative Group, you will play a crucial role in the onboarding of new clients and the development of comprehensive digital marketing strategies. Your responsibilities include creating detailed digital blueprint strategies, ranging from 15-35 pages, which cover industry analysis, audience segmentation, and projected marketing efforts. You will also drive client relationship management through regular communications and strategic upsells.

About the Duties and Responsibilities:



Client Onboarding and Strategy Development:

? Lead the onboarding process for new clients, establishing a solid foundation forlong-term relationships. ? Develop and present detailed digital blueprint strategies that outline key marketingavenues and target audience insights.Client Relations and Upselling: ? Actively engage with clients to identify additional needs that align with their businessgoals and propose strategic solutions. ? Maintain frequent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and fosteropportunities for upsells.Collaboration and Reporting: ? Work closely with the project coordinator to manage client requests and submit workorders efficiently. ? Participate in team meetings to align on project goals and progress, contributing insightsand strategic planning ideas.

About the Qualifications and Skills you will need:



Educational Background:
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. Relevant

certifications in digital marketing or strategic planning are beneficial.

Professional Experience:

? Proven experience in brand strategy, client management, or a similar role, demonstratingsuccess in developing and implementing marketing strategies. ? Strong background in handling client communications and managing multiple projecttimelines.Technical Skills: ? Proficiency in marketing analysis tools and software to create detailed reports andpresentations. ? Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools to streamline clientinteractions and strategy implementation.Creativity and Strategic Thinking: ? Ability to conceptualize and execute innovative marketing strategies tailored to clientneeds. ? Creative problem-solving skills to adapt strategies based on market trends and clientfeedback.Analytical Skills: ? Strong capability to analyze market data and insights to inform strategic decisions andimprove client outcomes. ? Skilled in evaluating marketing results to determine the effectiveness of strategies andmake necessary adjustments.Communication and Collaboration: ? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client liaison andteam collaboration. ? Ability to work closely with team leads and contribute to strategic planning sessions.Organizational Abilities: ? Exceptional time-management and organizational skills, capable of managing multipleclient accounts and meeting tight deadlines. ? Attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy of strategy documents and clientcommunications.Personal Attributes:
