Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Social Media Specialist will oversee all social media initiatives.
What You'll Do
Content Calendar & Publishing
Develop and maintain a strategic content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and others.
Ensure brand consistency in voice, visuals, and messaging across all social channels.
Analytics & Performance
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.).
Use insights to optimize content, posting times, and platform strategies.
Provide monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Social Revenue & Commerce
Collaborate with e-commerce and marketing teams to drive traffic and conversions through social platforms.
Implement and optimize social commerce tools (e.g., TikTok Shop).
Track ROI and revenue attribution from social media campaigns.
Influencer & Partnership Campaigns
Coordinate influencer campaigns from outreach to contract negotiation to content approval and performance tracking.
Create compelling and on-brand content for Paid Media with key influencers.
Manage external Quebec PR agency to create influencer content, pitch media and host local events.
Work with the logistics team to facilitate product delivery for influencers, events and media.
Community Engagement
Guide the Customer Care team on best practices for community management and public facing comments.

You are creative, motivated, and looking to contribute in a meaningful way

Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
What You Bring
4 to 6 years experience in the social media space with proven experience delivering successful social programs across platforms
Strategic understanding of social media marketing and appropriate metrics of success
Ability to brainstorm and strategize initiatives based on campaign goals and business objectives
Proven track record developing and implementing social media programs
Experience running the social media channels for a consumer brand
Paid Media strategy and best practice knowledge
A strong understanding of social media platforms, activities, and best practices
Degree or diploma in Marketing or related discipline
Bilingual language skills (French & English) are a definite asset
Content creation and video editing skills are an asset
