Now Hiring: In-House Marketing Team (2-3 Members)

Join Our Growing Dental Group

We're looking for a

creative, driven, and organized marketing team

to elevate our digital presence across four established dental clinics. This in-house team will manage all aspects of our online marketing -- from social media to website visuals -- bringing our brand to life and connecting with patients across the GTA.

What You'll Do

Social Media Content:

Create engaging videos and posts -- 1 video and 2 posts per week per office (4 offices total).

Monthly Campaigns:

Plan and execute promotions across all platforms; brainstorm creative ideas and ensure consistent messaging.

Website Content:

Capture and update professional photo and video material for our websites, showcasing our team, offices, and patient experience.

Content Management:

Oversee the entire process -- from brainstorming, scheduling, filming, editing, and posting to tracking performance.

Analytics & Growth:

Monitor engagement, track results, and adjust strategies to maximize reach and impact.

Collaboration:

Work directly with clinic teams and leadership to plan on-site recording sessions and brand storytelling.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in

social media management

(Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and

content creation

. Strong skills in

video editing, photography, and storytelling.

Knowledge of

SEO, website visuals, and branding consistency.

Excellent time management, creativity, and a passion for marketing in healthcare. Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail and design.

Compensation

Total annual team budget:

$150,000

(for 2-3 full-time roles combined). Competitive salary distribution based on experience and position. Growth opportunities within our expanding dental group.

Location

Hybrid position -- travel between clinic locations (3 in Toronto GTA and 1 in South of Barrie) required for filming and photography (GTA area).
