What You'll Do

Create and manage

lead funnels

across multiple social and digital platforms Manage and grow our

social media pages

, posting fresh, engaging content that captures attention Design and run

ad campaigns and promotions

that generate excitement -- and real leads

Monitor and manage Google reviews

, ensuring every customer experience shines online Track, analyze, and

report performance metrics

to continuously improve campaigns Research and develop

new creative ideas

to boost website traffic and dealership visibility

What We're Looking For

Proven experience with

Facebook, Instagram, Marketplace

, and online ad campaigns A

creative, strategic thinker

who understands what grabs attention and converts clicks into customers Experience with

lead generation

and social media strategy for retail or automotive businesses (preferred)

Photo/video editing

skills are a strong asset Energetic, driven, and excited to collaborate with a fun, high-performing sales team
