Duties
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer
Manage daily social media activities including posting updates, responding to comments, and engaging with followers
Design visually appealing graphics and multimedia content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and integrating relevant keywords to increase organic reach
Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to boost brand awareness and sales
Monitor analytics using Google Analytics and platform insights to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
Collaborate with the e-commerce team to promote products and special offers effectively through social channels
Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing
Qualifications
Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media management
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies
Proficiency in SEO techniques, keyword research, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Skilled in graphic design with expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience managing social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite and Buffer
Familiarity with Google Ads & other paid social media campaigns
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail
