We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, develop engaging content, foster community interaction, and use data-driven insights to drive social media strategies that align with our brand goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies that align with business goals.
Create, curate, and manage published content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and customer feedback; respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics.
Proofread all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand voice.
Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and report on key metrics.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design needs.
Detailed Needs
Content Creation and Management
Develop, curate, and schedule high-quality content (text, images, and video) for social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
Align content with marketing campaigns, brand messaging, and audience interests.
Ensure consistency in brand tone, voice, and aesthetics.
Community Engagement
Foster community growth by engaging with followers and identifying opportunities for interaction.
Expand team exposure to the community
Analytics and Reporting
Plan and execute paid social media ad campaigns to achieve business objectives.
Track performance metrics
Create monthly reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.
Creative Insight
Stay updated on social media trends and platform algorithm changes to optimize content and strategies.
Suggest content and social media best-practices
OTHER (willing to train)
Potential marketing of new properties using Matterport, Photography and drone
Skills
Proficient in proofreading with a keen eye for detail.
Experience using Hootsuite or similar social media management tools.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage audiences creatively.
Proven experience with Social Media
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design platforms.
Basic knowledge and social media marketing principles.
Willing to work some evening and weekends, on an as-need basis
Willing to learn and expand skills in other real estate specific needs
