We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms. Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities; respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader advertising campaigns.
Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
Implement SEO best practices in all social media content to enhance visibility on search engines.
Analyze performance data using Google Analytics and other tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in digital marketing.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and how social media can drive sales.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator for creating engaging graphics.
Familiarity with SEO principles and their application in social media content.
Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading content.
Experience with advertising on social media platforms is highly desirable.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
