Job description



Attached to the International Marketing department, you

will be the privileged interlocutor of the Hercules brand on our social networks.



You ensure communication and interaction with our communities in harmony with the brand's image and according to the specificities that will be given. You will develop a positive community and ensure that you bring value to our end-users' experience while serving the brand's reputation.

You will measure and analyze the brand's actions and presence on social media and will be a driving force to advance engagement and improve interaction with our communities.

You may be required to travel to Hercules trade shows and events from time to time in order to ensure live coverage of our social networks.

Responsibilities



As Social Media Manager of the Hercules brand, you will report to the Digital Marketing Project Manager, based in France. Your main missions will consist of:

Develop and manage the

editorial calendar

across all social networks; create and adapt content to engage communities. Animate all social networks daily, grow our communities and ensure a great dynamic: TikTok, X, Instagram, Facebook. Expand the brand's presence on

new platforms

and monitor relevant community forums. Manage moderation, interact with our communities on a daily basis, collaborate with the "Customer Experience" department in order to optimize communication with our consumers. Stay ahead of trends in social media, streaming, and the music industry. Identify and establish relationships with influencers and partners to support collaborations. Monitor and analyze the performance of our social networks and carry out monthly reporting. Implement, monitor, and optimize campaign performance. Propose innovative ideas to strengthen community interaction. Ensure competitive monitoring. Ensure the consistency of the image and monitor the brand's reputation on our social networks: both in the content broadcast and in the tone used, the responses given to the communities.

Profile



Bachelor's degree in communications or marketing or equivalent experience. 3 years of relevant experience in social media and streaming management. Bilingualism in French and English is desired (international undertaking that requires fluency in English, both oral and written). Experience working in an international team, an asset. Passion for or experience in DJing and music is highly valued.

Skills, Experience and Assets



You know how to be responsive, tact and have very good interpersonal skills. You have a good streaming culture and are a musician or streamer yourself (an asset). You are comfortable with photo and video editing and editing software. You are curious about new trends, proactive, have very good writing skills and have a sense of service to answer the various questions of our communities. You adapt easily in an environment that is dynamic, technical, and very fast-paced by launches and events. You are a team player and collaborative.
