Job description Social Media Manager & Executive Assistant Hybrid Role Part time, Contractor 10-15 hours/week Location: Must be in Ontario, Preference for Toronto Overview:

  • mix of social media tasks and executive assistant duties
  • Time: flexible but must be available weekly Thursday 5:30pm-8:15pm
  • Most tasks will relate to social media management
  • Some tasks are administrative in nature and some are hands on (roll up your sleeves) in nature.
Social Media Management:
  • Experience with Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
  • Experience with editing tool
  • Knowledge of trends and growing accounts
  • Fluency with Zoom
  • Confidence with iMovie
  • Experience with optimizing for organic traffic
  • Experience with SEO ranking and optimization
  • Experience with running paid ads across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
  • Understanding of the nuances between various social media platforms
Executive Assistant:
  • Obtain and negotiate quotes
  • Collaborate with Vendors and Contractors
  • Booking: travel, office, etc as needed
  • Manage calendar and schedule/reschedule all meetings and appointments as required.
  • Book boardrooms, prepare agendas, meeting material and meeting notes for actionable items and follow up.
  • Prepare presentations as and when required.

  • Diligent and attention to detail
Nice to Haves:
  • Fluency with Slack, Notion, Google, Social Media
  • Previous experience as an executive or personal assistant.
  • A certification in social media
  • Some work experience as an EA, office administrator, social media, or related role
