Social Media Manager & Content Creator
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, content creation, community engagement.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Strategy Development:
Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media content strategy for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Youtube, that aligns with our business goals.
Content Creation:
Creation of engaging, high-quality content tailored for the brand's voice and target audience.
Manage content calendars that line up to marketing strategy and collection launches, ensuring a consistent and timely posting schedule across all platforms.
Work with other areas to develop content that showcases our products, brand culture, and company values.
Community Engagement & Growth:
Actively monitor and engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Cultivate a positive and interactive online presence, fostering brand loyalty and a sense of community.
Identify and engage with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to expand our reach.
Ads Management:
Create, manage, and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
Optimize Ads performance based on KPIs and budget.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic).
Use data-driven insights to optimize content and campaign performance.
Provide regular reports to management on social media performance and ROI.
Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience managing social media for a brand or company.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media content strategies that drive engagement and growth.
Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and comfortable being in front of the camera and public speaking.
Experienced and comfortable ability to create and edit compelling photo and video content while maintaining brand standards.
Knowledge of social media management and analytics tools (e.g. Later, Google Analytics).
Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with SEO techniques, keyword research, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Experience in managing paid social media campaigns and ability to analyze metrics and adjust ads strategies accordingly.
