Job Description

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and highly organised Social Media Manager & Content Creator to lead the online presence of our boutique hotel and its outlets, including our coffee shop, sports bar, and steakhouse.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for storytelling, photography, and design, while understanding social media trends and analytics. This role combines content creation, community management, and digital marketing to enhance our brand visibility, engage with our audience, and drive customer traffic across all properties.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to each business Create engaging, high-quality content (photos, videos, reels, stories, blogs, graphics) showcasing our spaces, menus, events, and experiences. Manage daily posting schedules across multiple platforms Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers and community pages to build strong brand loyalty. Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to promote events, specials, and seasonal offers. Collaborate with chefs, bartenders, and hotel staff to highlight new menus, promotions, and guest experiences. Coordinate with photographers/videographers as needed, but also produce in-house content on a regular basis. Stay up-to-date with industry and social media trends, applying innovative ideas to keep content fresh and relevant. Support email marketing, website updates, and digital collateral creation as needed

Qualifications

Proven experience managing social media accounts for hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands. Strong photography, videography, and editing skills Proficiency with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, ect) Passion for hospitality, food, and lifestyle trends
