Magellan Immigration Consulting is a full-service immigration firm. We're searching for a passionate marketing intern to support our growing business.

This paid, fully-remote position starts with a three-month, 10-hour/week commitment, with the possibility of extension and becoming full-time.

Skills and Aptitudes

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to adopt a range of written voices, perspectives, and tones for different audiences Skills, knowledge, and/or experience with Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn marketing, and best practices Experience working with CapCut and Canva Ability to learn and understand basic legal concepts Experience or interest in social media management and one or more of HubSpot, Google Analytics, or other marketing automation tools and platforms Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, ideally within virtual teams Superb organization skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently Ability to wear multiple hats - flexible and adaptive to fast-changing priorities and client objectives Independent, motivated, proactive, and self-directed personality Experience and interest in sales is an asset Technological optimism and a deep passion and curiosity regarding digital marketing, business, and technology is essential

Qualifications

Post graduate diploma or degree in marketing, business, commerce, entrepreneurship, journalism, professional communications, creative writing, or related.

Responsibilities

Initial responsibilities could include:

Developing, executing, and measuring the success of marketing and branding initiatives, strategies, programs, tactics, and activities Performing legal research, developing a perspective, and writing about it for diverse audiences Measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives; tracking and analyzing marketing metrics against KPIs Collaborate with team members to provide support for both other team members/ sales and business development efforts Some administrative tasks
